There can be no success without acknowledging the fact that we must help and give back to the society in which we exist. Companies should establish a symbiotic relationship with the society it operates in. TARFEEH initiates and actively participates in various activities that in some way could support a noble or national cause. As a small gesture, we donate a certain amount of our revenue collected through various promotions or campaigns in specific months to children cancer societies or orphanages throughout the year.

On the other hand, we not only encourage and actively hire young nationals but also provide short-term training to Saudi students during vacations. TARFEEH has tie-ups with some hospitality institutes to recruit young nationals interested in building career in the restaurants industry.

Schools and children are the foundations of any society and therefore we focus a lot on several school programs, edutainment activities and host several school groups at our restaurants. We actively also sponsor and support career days at universities and colleges.

Our society is part of us and we are an integral part of our society.
